labour but maintaining them is a crucial part. Virtusync has designed a Human
Resources Information System which manages the information of employees of an organization.
The system consists of a job portal and stores employee data, corporate
incentives and benefits, employee training and continuous development, salary, etc.
It is equipped to track attendance, holiday and sick leave, probation,
transfers, promotions, retirements, manage payroll and disbursements, performance
management and appraisal, disciplinary actions. The System also produces
analytics that can be used for surveys in future projects and contains an
employee self-service portal to log holidays, queries, and view circulars for
meetings and events. Due to the sensitivity of the Human Resources Information
System, Virtusync includes an access management system to control access to the
system and secure the information of the employee and the business.
